I'm loving this way too much

WOW. This is amazing--it's so easy to communicate with all of you now. I told Kelly and Valerie each something that I think I'd like to share. We all get super hung up on gloves as "The Article." Now I'll grant you, dogs do seem to learn to identify the piece of clothing called a glove. Not sure how that happens, but anecdotally with multiple dogs and students, it really does seem to occur. Regardless, the ultimate goal is for them to be able to identify anything with the scent of the tracklayer on it. So loosen up and have fun! Plastic, metal, leather, cloth--all hold scent. Got and old set of keys? Article. Old bandana? eyeglass case? wallet? belt? hats of all kinds? Socks? switch plate cover? Use your imagination!
