CHANGE OF LOCATION Tuesday, November 25th GROUP B ONLY - we will meet at Dorey Park, 2999 Darbytown Rd, Henrico VA at 7:50 a.m. Dorey Park is east of Richmond, near the airport. Turn into the park and within about 200 yards, you will see an old barn that has been converted to an office building. (I can direct you to the restrooms from that parking lot.) Wow, we started with January in November😄. Not ideal conditions for starting new dogs…and they nailed it anyway! Nice job Arlene and Melissa! I’ll/we’ll say this, one more time. Please….train!! Don’t test!!! We get it—its a difficult distinction. If you are working to make sure the dog succeeds…you are training. If you are working to see if the dog can do it, you’re testing. Dogs must work! Several people have approached me asking about how to manage line length when the handler laid the track and the dog hits a challenge (planned or not).
