AND, we have started!

Wow, we started with January in November😄. Not ideal conditions for starting new dogs…and they nailed it anyway! Nice job Arlene and Melissa!

I’ll/we’ll say this, one more time. Please….train!! Don’t test!!! We get it—its a difficult distinction. If you are working to make sure the dog succeeds…you are training. If you are working to see if the dog can do it, you’re testing.

Dogs must work! Standing and staring, coming back for pets…..eh. Those aren’t tracking! Please don’t reinforce, but rather get you dog back tracking as quickly and unobtrusively as you can possibly can.
